• After the latest Callfilter.app update, some users may have noticed that Always allow contacts or Block all except contacts was turned off. This was a developer mistake. We’re sorry for the trouble — we did not intend to disrupt anyone’s settings.

    If this happened to you, please re-enable the options in Filter priority.
    Note: Ignore contacts is now called Always allow contacts.

• Added a new Optimization screen in Settings to help remove system limits for reliable call blocking
• Fixed an issue where “Block all except contacts” and “Always allow contacts” could turn off
• Fixed minor bugs

Additional notes

Optimization guides for major phone brands and most supported languages will roll out gradually. If a guide isn’t available in your language yet, you’ll be offered the English version.

I updated the app version and attached an anonymized build to the first post.

Just a reminder: the anonymized build is the same app with Google Analytics and Google Crashlytics disabled. There are no other trackers in the app, and no data is collected.
