Renewal subscription

Hello
My premium subscription finish in 5 days ..
Callfilter ask me to renewal it...
When i clic on renewal in my app the page stay always on the menu to renew...
Nothing appear....
I clear cache, every thing ..always the same .
Impossible to renew.
Do you have a solution?
