Problem:
Sometimes the CallFilter.app may block a useful number, such as the number of a local clinic. This occurs when some individuals see a missed call and, without checking, leave a negative review for that number. Unfortunately, there are quite a few such individuals, and we cannot take action against them since the CallFilter.app operates based on anonymous reviews, and it is impossible to track these people.
The opposite situation occurs when a scammer’s number is not blocked. This can occur when a scammer leaves numerous positive reviews for their numbers. Naturally, we endeavor to identify such instances, yet the resources of the CallFilter.app team are constrained.
Solution: Global Community Blacklist (Whitelist)
Together, we can adjust the operation of the CallFilter.app by informing it which numbers should never be blocked and which should be blocked despite their rating.
Any user of our forum is able to initiate the addition of a number to the global blacklist or whitelist. If the process is completed correctly, the number will be added to the respective list automatically.
With each added number, the CallFilter.app will become more accurate!

Once the poll receives 3 or more votes, the number will automatically be added to the blacklist or whitelist (the number of votes will be adjusted in the future).
Numbers in the global blacklist will be blocked regardless of their rating. Numbers in the global whitelist will never be blocked.

- Create a new thread in this forum section. The title of the thread can be anything, but it must contain the phone number in international format without spaces. For example, +17147073260.
- In the subject line, describe the nature of the problem. Why the number should or should not be blocked.
- Add a poll to the topic with the question "Add this number to the blacklist (or whitelist)?” There should be two answer options - Yes and No.
