The name and description of the "Ignore Contacts" setting is unclear.
Problem: The label and description are not clear. It is not clear what "ignore" means -- whether it means that the App will or will not access and use the contacts. It is not clear what "do not check" means -- whether it will access, or not access contacts, and if it will whitelist or skip those numbers.
After reading it multiple times, I can't determine what it means still. My best guess is that enabling it means that it will access the contacts to skip (i.e., not blacklist and not whitelist) numbers found in there.
If my understanding is accurate, maybe better wording could be something like:
Setting label: "Skip numbers in contacts"
Description: Allow access to contacts to prevent them from being blocked by other rules
