How hard to add a forward option, to send call to my cellphone company?
Im avg 30-50 per day, marking them is a hassle.
I want them to know this.
If we all do it, it will be fantastic

Hello @noted ash

The main question is how interested your mobile carrier really is in such reports. From my experience, usually not very much.

Most likely, they will send polite replies and promise to take action, but in practice nothing will change. This is usually not because they do not want to help. More often, they simply do not have a well-organized process for handling this type of request.

I worked in telecommunications for many years, so unfortunately I know how this looks from the inside.

Could you please tell us whether you are currently sending such numbers to your mobile carrier, and how they respond?

well, I dont think Any of this is going to my Carrier. In the END, they dont have to care, as they dont Own the Main system, the Backbone belongs to 2 major corps now. Everyone else connected is a Leased line company.
And Why no one needs to, or wants to care.
If a customer is paying by the minute, its getting used up. Which would explain why my 400 min account for 90 days Disappeared.
If its not costing me minutes they Are not liable.

My problem is:
30-50 calls per day for 5-6 Products.
How many times do I have to say NO.
It Cant be, 1 company and it cant be 10 companies calling over and over, every day..
It sounds like Either
The company wants me to Change my phone number, Change services, Do something?
Or someone is Bombing the service. But Most of the Small companies Have been Bought up by Verizon.
I wonder if there is a lawyer that would take the case. And see if we can Prove Fault.
