How to prevent SMS notification when a black list phone call is received ?

Hi,
I have customised Call Filter by registering all prefixes used in France for commercial prospection, using a black list with all knowned prefixes used.
But unfortunately, if the call itself is blocked, I still receive a texto message informing me that I had a phone call. I'd like to stop those notifications by texto but I can't see how. Obviously the button in the screenshit attached is not working. Any advise ?

This text message is sent to you by your mobile operator, and you can't turn it off in the app.
But you can try a workaround. Please send me the name of your mobile operator and the name of this service (if you know it). I will see what I can do.

thank's a lot for your reply. My mobile operator is Sosh but I don't know the nam of this service. Thank you for your investigation
