recently there's been a law here that forces spammers to use these prefixes and, surprisingly, they mostly obey it. I'm using 600* and 800* wildcards but some pass anyway, am i getting the Syntax wrong?

You’re doing it correctly, but some operators may pass the number to Android in full international format with the +56 country code, even if the phone itself displays it without the country code.
So I recommend adding these masks as well:
+56600*
+56800*
This way both local and international number formats will be covered.
Also, please open Callfilter.app → Optimization and complete all recommendations there. This helps Android allow Callfilter.app to work as reliably as possible in the background.
