Blacklist capability

I just started using CF. I want it to block callers not in my contacts, but send to voicemail. It works. What I'm wondering is for really nuisance callers I want it to block and not allow voicemail for that caller. It doesn't appear blacklist supports that extra capability. Is there a way to do that for specific callers? TIA

Update: I see from an other post that the app cannot control the voicemail.

Yes, unfortunately voicemail can only be controlled by the mobile carrier.
In Callfilter.app, you can choose one general behavior for blocked calls: either send blocked calls to voicemail, or block them without sending them to voicemail. But Android does not allow us to choose this separately for specific numbers.
