Ehrlich gesagt begegnen wir diesem Problem zum ersten Mal. Als ersten Schritt würde ich empfehlen, die App einmal vollständig zu deinstallieren und anschließend neu zu installieren – in den meisten Fällen behebt das solche Probleme.
