• After the latest Callfilter.app update, some users may have noticed that Always allow contacts or Block all except contacts was turned off. This was a developer mistake. We’re sorry for the trouble — we did not intend to disrupt anyone’s settings.

If this happened to you, please re-enable the options in Filter priority.
Note: Ignore contacts is now called Always allow contacts.

What happened to "block all calls except contacts"?

The option was the entire reason I got the app and was paying for it. If that's gone, with no chance of bringing it back, I'll simply stop paying and uninstall.

It was moved to "filter priority". They shouldn't have disabled it when it got updated, but it is what it is. It took my giving it a bad review for them to reach back with me telling me how to re-enable the option. I wish this forum was actually active and I could have gotten an answer here, but whatever. I edited my review back to a 4 stars.

Hi! You’re absolutely right to be annoyed — the option getting disabled for some users after the update was our mistake. Rest assured, the developers are getting “punished” to the fullest extent :)
