New spam list for French people from Metropolitan and DOM-TOM.
From the others list it add the call center from Guyane, Martinique, Mayotte,Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy...
But allow 09(0937,0938,0939) because somes can be used by Uber, VTC, package delivery services.
I will try to keep it up to date.
