I get one or two dozen calls a day from an ever-shifting succession of phone numbers. Sometimes they leave blank voicemails. As a rule, if I do pick up, there is just dead air for 45 seconds then disconnect. I would like to block these entirely so that they do not ring on my phone. That is...
